As we continue expanding our Long-Term Rental Lease Program, we're looking for an ambitious and results-driven Inside Sales Rental Lease Representative to help generate new business and grow our commercial leasing division.
This is a growth-focused sales role responsible for identifying new commercial opportunities and building long-term customer relationships. Through digital marketing, online prospecting, targeted outreach, tender opportunities, and relationship building, you'll introduce businesses to flexible long-term vehicle rental solutions that meet their transportation needs.

What You'll Do
Your primary responsibility will be generating new commercial business and expanding Clearway's Long-Term Rental Lease Program.
Responsibilities include:
- Research and identify businesses that may benefit from long-term vehicle rental leasing solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, online research, LinkedIn, business directories, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial businesses, municipalities, government departments, school districts, contractors, construction companies, fleet operators, and other organizations.
- Contact prospective customers by phone and email to introduce Clearway's commercial rental lease programs.
- Monitor and identify public and private tender opportunities.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, quotations, proposals, and rental lease agreements.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain ongoing communication throughout the sales process.
- Schedule customer meetings and presentations.
- Maintain an accurate CRM database and sales pipeline.
- Assist with inbound rental inquiries when required.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Continuously identify new markets and business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, developing business relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in inside sales and customer service.
- Experience in commercial sales, account management & business development is an added bonus but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare professional emails, proposals, and quotations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when preparing tenders and commercial proposals.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to generating new business.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Experience in the vehicle rental, automotive, transportation, fleet, or leasing industry is considered an asset but is not required.
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.

- $27.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on sales experience and qualifications.
